Kristina E. Paquette, PhD joins Eric F. Greenberg, P.C.

We are very pleased to announce that Kristina E. Paquette, PhD, former chemistry reviewer at the US Food and Drug Administration, has joined the firm as a Senior Scientist. Dr. Paquette will provide consulting support on food contact legal matters for the firm.

As a food additive chemistry reviewer in FDA's Office of Food Additive Safety for thirteen years (1994-2007), Dr. Paquette was a recognized expert on a number of issues, including dietary exposure to substances migrating from food-packaging materials; the recycling of plastics and paper into new food containers; and the irradiation of prepackaged food, among others.
